We will pull the car or whatever you paint, out of the booth for you once it is dry. Then you can pick it up later that day or the next day.
Examples...
1) If you brought your car in at noon and prepped it, and then painted it by 5. Then picked it up the next day AM, you will only be changed for ONE day.
2) Another example would be if you wanted to bring in a motorcycle set to paint. You come in at 9AM work on it for a few hours, then paint it at 2PM. Then you picked the set up the next day, you would be changed for ONE day.
But, If you decided to stay and wetsandPre-paint wetsanding is done as the final sand before actually applying sealer/paint and clearcoat. This helps give a 'finer' grit surface to paint over along with giving a cleaner surface since you are using water to wetsand, instead of the typical 'dry' sand. At our shop, we shy away from wetsanding before actually painting due to some areas of the surface being bare metal. If done after the spraying, the surface that would be wetsanded normally would be the final 'clearcoat'. This process will help flatten the paint job by eliminating any imperfections, any graphic edges along with orange peel. On paint jobs with thicker graphics, wetsanding may not eliminate ALL the edge on graphics or flames. Normally wetsanding before buffing is done with 1500 or 2000 grit (or both). and buff the set at our shop and it took you 4 hours, cost would be another day.
Cost includes use of spray booth and air lines.
I will also offer basic advice or guidance which is priceless. 25+ years paint experience**
