Black base with ghosted flame graphics coated with candy orange/red mix for a nice 'hot' look to them.
All parts good used H-D. Tanks are 4.2 gallon. Set will fit 86-99 FXST.
Note. Tanks are off of a '93, so you may need to replace the caps with H-D caps if you have a 96-99. H-D used different 'threads' on the newer tank bungs
Rear fender is specifically for a 96-99. On previous years, you can cover the electrical box hole which would be located under the seat. A simple rubber flap or a plate can fill this hole.
